LVPro2 Client Mode (BETA USERS ONLY)

Starting with FW 37, LVPro2 can join your home network to reduce network congestion and improve video performance. FW 37 is currently only available to specific beta testers.


To access LVPro2 Client mode LVPro2 requires

  1. FW 37 (available by invitation only)
  2. SSID_PW_STA.CFG file with your current network SSID and PW. This will be provided on the FW Upgrade SD Card provided by the LVS Team.

Accessing client mode requires 2 steps:

A. Turn On LVPro2 Client Mode.

  1. Power up LVPro2.

  2. Turn WiFi Off by double-clicking the Power button

    (The Blue LED will turn off and the WiFi Icon will also turn off).

  3. Change LVPro2 Network Operation Mode to STA (Client Mode)

    Cycle by single clicking the power button. The display will show "STA->AP->STA"

  4. Turn WiFI On by double clicking the Power button.

    => The blue LED will turn on and the WiFi icon will also be visible.

  5. LVPro2 Display will show the last 2 parts of the network assigned IP Address.
  6. If LVPro2 shows "TimeOut" try moving closer to your router.
