NO, you do not need Internet Access to use LVPro2 or any LiveView Product.

LVPro2 and LVPro work by creating their own hotspot.  Your phone or tablet will connect directly to the camera to establish a connection and start streaming video.  As a result you can use LVPro2 and LVPro anywhere.
